今日はベトナムのスイーツを
紹介するよ〜
といっても簡単だから日本でも普通に
作れちゃうやつ！

フルーツ豆乳アイス。
名前はわからない(T-T)

スイカやドラゴンフルーツ
桃、グァバ、チェリーなどの
カットフルーツに豆乳いれて更に
ココナッツアイスを乗っけたものです。

アイスは選べて
バニラやチョコ、ドリアン、抹茶から
選べる。ドリアンアイスて。。。

友達はドリアンアイスを注文してました。
たべさしてもらったけど
the ドリアンって感じでした笑

それにしてもココナッツアイス
おいしいから日本でももっと
流行ってくれればいいのになー。

フルーツもすきなのをいれてok。
ジャックフルーツとマンゴーが苦手なので
抜いてもらった。

むしろマンゴーオンリーで作るのも
好きな人には好きらしい。

甘さがきつすぎるときは
かき氷をミックスさせて食べるのが
ベトナム流。

おいしいよ！

帰国！

帰国しました！

飛行機の乾燥すごすぎて喉のHPが
ほぼゼロよ。

かなり意識してお水のんだんだが！
今からおにぎりをパクつきながら
新宿にもどります

good bye viet nam

hi,

it's been almost 1 month since i posted last time.

i lost my phone in the end of june and spent 2 weeks without phone.
and then i just moved to viet nam in the middle of july and stay until now.

in viet nam, i've been working on removing trees and abandoned facilities and cleaning up the area attacked by storm.

i was shocked to see how storm hit the area...people living along the river lost many things like rice for 1 month, food for 2 months and other items needed for their daily life.
even some houses were totally destroyed and they were nt able to be fixed. the owners had to build new houses.

some people were thinking to evacuate to somewhere else even though they didnt know where to go.

ive just done what i could do and it's time for me to leave.
